Where are your products made?

Our entire collection is produced in our knitting worksop in East Hungary, Nyíregyháza, where Kriszta's father runs the knitting machines. Then we collaborate with sewing workshops to sew each piece and in the end Kriszta (owner, founder, designer) puts the last buttons on.

 

What if the item I love is not in stock?

We may run out of certain colors because the yarn selection is constantly changing, if something is out of stock then you have the possibility to register your email address on the product's page to receive an email as soon as it becomes available again.

 

I love this piece that I saw on your Instagram! Do you take pre-orders?

Typically, we don’t take pre-orders. Sorry!



Do you take custom orders? Can you alter my item for me?


Unfortunately, we don’t have the bandwidth to take custom orders or perform alterations.

 

Can I pay in a currency other than HUF in your shop?

We process all orders in HUF. While the content of your cart is currently will be displayed in EUR, you will checkout using HUF at the most current exchange rate.

 

How long does my order take to ship?

We ship Monday through Friday, and orders will typically ship within 72 hours. Please allow up to 7 business days for shipment.

Do you ship worldwide?

Are taxes and duties included in my order total?

Yes.

 

How long does shipping take?

Depending on the shipping speed you choose, shipping typically takes 2-5 days domestically from the ship date (not the order date). However, shipping carriers can experience unexpected delays outside of our control, so we can’t guarantee delivery timeframes, and can only provide estimates.

 

My package is lost!

If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to us at eszkadesignstore@gmail.com and we’ll do everything we can to locate it. If your package is marked as having been delivered, please reach out to the shipping carrier for assistance. After an order has been delivered to the provided address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

What is your return policy?

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased on eszka.hu for return with original tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of package delivery. Unfortunately, any items with tags removed are ineligible for return.

 

Are returns free?

We offer prepaid return labels for all domestic returns. While we do not offer direct exchanges, returns for store credit will receive a credit for 100% of the value of the returned item. Your store credit will never expire, and can be used towards anything on our site. Returns for refund will incur a 12 handling fee.

  

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, we do, but a minimum of 30 pre-ordered items are required. If you would like to work with us, please send and email to eszkadesignstore@gmail.com and we will get in touch with you.
