Return Policy

 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be granted in the following cases:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refund Process (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your item. You will also be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items can be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace or repair items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at eszkadesignstore@gmail.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
